1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Youcansupport (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Grinduck (“Grinduck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Youcansupport is the product name/brand of Grinduck.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Youcansupport is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps you create and manage customer support content (such as a help center or knowledge base). Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• provide accurate information,
• keep your login credentials secure,
• be responsible for all activity under your account,
• promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

4.1 Plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel.

4.2 Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings (or by contacting support). After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds and consumer cancellation rights are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:

• break any laws or regulations,
• infringe intellectual property rights,
• upload or distribute malware,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems,
• interfere with or disrupt the Service,
• use the Service for fraud, phishing, or spam,
• harass or abuse others.

6. Your content

6.1 Ownership

You keep ownership of content you create, upload, or store in the Service (“User Content”).

6.2 License to operate the Service

You grant Grinduck a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display User Content only to provide and improve the Service and support you.

6.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to use it and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Grinduck or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law or by our written permission.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may perform maintenance that affects availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or fail to pay fees when due.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and content unless otherwise required by law.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRINDUCK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRINDUCK’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Grinduck harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
