This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Youcansupport, operated by Grinduck.

We do not state that “all sales are final.” Refunds and cancellation rights depend on your location, whether you are a consumer or business customer, and the type of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.

2. Consumer 14-day cancellation right (where applicable)

If you are a consumer and your local consumer protection laws provide a 14-day right to cancel, you may cancel your initial purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason.

Important: This cancellation right may not apply once you have requested immediate access to the Service and the Service has started (for example, if you log in and begin using paid features), where local law allows this digital-content/service exception.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
  • The 14-day consumer cancellation right (where applicable) applies to the initial subscription purchase and does not restart with each automatic renewal.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be provided when required by law, and otherwise may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior, or where local law allows refusal (for example, if you have already started receiving the Service and the digital-content/service exception applies).

This does not affect your rights where the Service is faulty, not as described, or not provided as required by law.

We may ask for additional information to locate the transaction and review the request.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension until the matter is settled.
